This program is to test pattern and bet sequences on outside bets.

For example:
Bet Pattern: Red, Black, Red, Red
Bet Sequence: 2, 4, 6, 8

This program will move to the next pattern for every spin,
but will move to the next bet amount depending if you want to change it on a win or loss.
